What to Expect
The above prices are a guideline and the minimum cost you can expect. Your commission is customizable, so the final price will reflect that.Once you agree to a price, I will give you my payment information and begin work on your commission once the payment is received.This process is a collaboration! :)
I may check in with you at multiple stages of art production to make sure the commission is exactly how you want it. Please take advantage of these check-ins to request minor changes. If you wait until further along in the process to request changes, it is more difficult to fix things, and I may have to charge you equivalent to the amount of work I have to redo. I will not make major changes to composition or start over after the final sketch is approved by you.Once the commission is done, I will you send you a full-resolution .JPG or .PNG by email (or whatever your preferred method is that does not sacrifice image quality).❗ What information I need from you: ❗
• What Tier you want (bust, half-body, full-body, Twitch/Discord emote)
• What Style you want (sketch, color sketch, flat color, shaded)
(Note: Emotes will always be in a shaded style by default.)
• Method of payment you prefer (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App)
• Reference pictures (art of character, hair, outfit, accessories, etc.) Please send as many reference pictures as possible, especially if there is no existing art of this character or if you’re commissioning art of a real person.
• Word descriptions of things not in reference pictures (personality, eye color if it’s not easily visible in the pictures, etc.) Basically, just tell me enough about this character/person so that I can illustrate them accurately.
• If you have a specific pose in mind for the character (laying down, leaning on something, kissing someone, etc.), please include a word description or reference pics where necessary.

Billing:
Full amount is paid upfront in USD through PayPal, Venmo, or Cash App. I will not start the commission until the full amount is paid. Tips are appreciated!Refunds and Cancellations:
There are no refunds after I have already started creating the images for your commission. If you cancel your commission, you will NOT be able to use any images in whole or part for any reason. You will only receive a refund if (1) I have not yet started creating the images for your commission when you contact me to cancel, or (2) I cancel the commission of my own accord at any time for any reason.Image Rights:
I reserve the right to use any image I create as I see fit. I retain all rights to the image. This includes, but is not limited to, producing and selling prints or portfolios, and/or posting to my online galleries. I retain full commercial and distribution rights for any image I produce.You may use the commissioned image at any size as you please FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY. Personal use excludes any and all commercial purposes, meaning you are not allowed to make a profit using any images I create.Under no circumstances may you claim that you produced any of the images I created, even if you paid for them to be produced.If you post the art I create for you on social media (instead of retweeting, reblogging, etc. from my own social media), I require being listed as the creator by username (i.e., "Art by @artmagemeg"). If you use the art I create for you as a profile picture or cover image/banner on your social media, then you are not required to credit me in the bio of your social media, but it is appreciated! Linking back to this commission page where possible is also appreciated!Any Twitch emotes that I create are only allowed to be uploaded by the people who commissioned them (or myself—due to my own unlimited image rights—but I will most likely not use someone else's Twitch emotes because of their customer-specific and personalized nature).Alterations to any of my created images are NOT ALLOWED without my written consent.I am open to commercial usage rights purchase, but this is on a case-by-case basis. Commercial use pricing is negotiated depending on the work and added on top of the normal production charges. I reserve the right to terminate, refund, or refuse a commission at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inability to complete or proceed with the commission in a timely manner, or if the subject matter is uncomfortable for me.
